Cyclamen is an indoor houseplant and can also go by the name “Persian violet” or “Sowbread plant”.

This plant is very commonplace at florists, so be careful the next time you pick up a bouquet.

Every part of this particularly plant is toxic to your dog, and when ingested can cause drooling, vomiting and diarrhea, all of which can lead to dehydration in your dog, which can also be dangerous.

In extreme cases, ingesting Cyclamen can cause heart failure.

Check that your next floral arrangement doesn’t include this particular flower.
