  1. I have a chug called pookie and she’s the best dog I could have and has a alta ego when she sleeps when the tail will go into chihuahua mode but awake curled like a pug

  2. Heidi Woodgate Ptohopoulos you hit the nail on the head. For those that hate the shall we say spin off are breeders as they are solely in if for the cash. It makes me sick to my stomach seeing some of the hate comments towards these animals

  3. Heidi DeCoursey – not all breeders that are creating new breeds are bybs or even making money. Don’t forget all your precious purebreds were once nothing but mutts. Heck two of the best breeds out there are pug mixes (boston terrier and french bulldog)

Just because a registry calls them purebred doesn’t mean they didn’t start as mutts.

And don’t forget, not all registries recognize the same breeds.

I’m just starting my 5th generation with no line breeding or cross backs of my designed breed. And guess what? I don’t make a dime. And guess what else? I have a better program than most of the breeders out there.

Here’s an idea for all you know it alls – stfu and quit drinking the PETA Kool aid
