    That Frugg looks exactly like my supposed frenchie that my cousin got from a “breeder”. She didn’t want dogs anymore so we got her two dogs along with my weird white frenchie that’s sounds like a banshee.

    Mixing breeds like this doesn’t change those heath issues (and sometimes it makes them worse–also causes havoc
    For groomers, look at the nightmare that is a “doodle” coat—a mix of two hair types that are not meant to go together, that matts easily and owners cannot maintain without regular shave-downs.) At least reputable breeders of purebred dogs breed litters when they have homes for them, know their bloodlines, and do appropriate health testing. These “designer” mutts are put together seemingly (and likely) at random, with no regard for health or temperament, because it “sounds cute.”
