    I have a Dorkie! Got her when I was 10, and I am now 20. She’s the sweetest thing ever, wouldn’t stop snuggling me as a pup and my family had to take her home! To this day, she is still such a sweetheart and loves to snuggle! She even recognizes my voice on the phone and barks at me. I don’t care what anyone says negative, I wouldn’t trade her for the world.

    This is our dachshund mix, Jasper. Mom was a dachshund, pregnant when rescued. We don’t know what daddy was. We think maybe a mini schnauzer or cairn terrier. Whatever he is, he’s the best dog we’ve ever had!

    The long hiared and wire haired Dachshunds are a mix of spaniel for long hair and Terrier for wire, they however were breed for these traits so many centures ago that they are actual breeds of their own and not considered mixes. Just a note!!
