Samantha Zimmer and her fiancé George found two dogs in a ditch after seeing a plea on Facebook about the hurt animals in the Houston area.
Matthew had been hit by a car and couldn’t move, but his friend, Corey, waited by his side until help arrived six hours later!
The couple had to be careful picking Matthew up, but he desperately needed help.
They took the two dog friends to get them the care they needed, and they’re currently at the non-profit rescue Lola’s Lucky Day!
