This Bulldog Puppy Might Be Half a Puppy But He’s Full of Love

Meet Bonsai. He is an adorable rescued English Bulldog born with multiple deformities (Caudal Regression Syndrome (Sacral Agenesis), Sacrocaudal Dysgenesis – likely combined with a variation of Spina Bifida).

He was born with just half of his spine, no functional pelvis and malformed rear legs. But, just one look at this little munchkin is all it will take to melt your heart and make you weak in the knees!

While this sweet pup has quite the laundry list of medical conditions, he refuses to let a disability define him. He is such a sweety! Although this makes me want to cry, it's awesome to see that he seems very happy and has such caring loving owners. 🙂

Watch the video on the next page, and you'll see that all this sweetie really wants is love and attention from his caring family!

  1. It’s so unfortunate that this little baby had to suffer because some “breeder” was attempting to breed tri-color into a breed that already has so many health problems. I rescued a little girl from a backyard breeder that was deformed in her back and hips. People need to realize that they should not buy puppies from anyone who is not breeding to the standards. It’s not just sad it’s in humane. People research why these Bulldogs are born this way and get pissed.

  2. Criminal to mess with a bulldog DNA by irresponsible breeding trying to get a black and white bulldog. This poor baby is blessed by dying and not having a whole life of pain and suffering. TERRIBLE BREEDER! SHAME, SHAME, SHAME !

  3. He is so cute and adorable and thank you for taking him in and treating him like any other dog . He may have special needs but he is a very special dog he is a bulldog! The best kind of breed!
