A Twitch user named Royce Thomas was live streaming from the Bark n’ Bitches Dog Boutique in Los Angeles, California, when she accidentally filmed the store’s employee grossly mishandling a dog.
The clip instantly went viral, causing the boutique to face the rage of many animal lovers.

The video shows the employee violently grabbing a dog by the neck and slamming her hard on the ground. A loud thud can be heard as the dog hits the concrete floor.
The dog is visibly shaken and runs to hide under a bench while the other dogs cower in fear at the sight of the employee.
After the clip sparked outrage on social media, store owner Shannon von Roemer posted multiple apologies across her social media pages.
She explained that the employee was trying to separate “dogs fighting aggressively”, but she didn’t approve of the employee’s “inexcusable” actions one bit. She informed that the dog was taken to the vet and is doing well now.

Shannon further announced that the employee was fired, and also claimed that such mishandling of dogs will never occur in her store again.
However, many people are still apprehensive about the pet store’s reliability after witnessing the disturbing clip.
Let’s make it known to pet stores that this kind of disgraceful behavior is absolutely unacceptable.
