The Samoyed looks like a big fluffy toy. They come from Siberia and were used to herd reindeer and pull sleds through the snow.
Obviously these are cold weather dogs ,so if you live in the great white north this might be the perfect breed for you. If you have allergies than the Samoyed might also be perfect for you as their coat is full of hypoallergenic properties. Sometimes the hair that is shed from the Samoyed is used for gloves and scarves for people with allergies.
