Zookeeper Kevin Richardson has a great relationship with the lions that are in his care. He sees them on a daily basis and this has created an amazing bond between them. You can see in the video that there is one lioness in particular that completely adores Kevin and loves to give him hugs and kisses.
She recently gave birth and we can see how much trust and love she has for Kevin because she feels completely at ease allowing the cubs to interact with him. It’s a very beautiful and very rare thing to see.
It’s always a shame to see such beautiful wild creatures in captivity, but at least we can see that in this instance they are getting lots of love and care.
