Man gets arrested for saving his dog from his burning house

As bizarre as it sounds, a man was arrested for saving his dog from a house fire. The reason being that he put himself and many others, including firefighters, in more danger. But how hard would it be to sit back and see your dog inside with the fire?

“I couldn’t watch no more. I had to go get him.”

  1. Oh no!!!! That dog would have put himself in harms way to protect its owner. That’s exactly what he did for his dog. Let him go!!!’ He did what any human being would do for there furry family. Trust. Love. Loyalty
    Unconditional!!!!! BIG WORD THERE

  2. Anyone of us would risk our lives for our furry family members. Consequences be damned. If he’s prosecuted I’ll donate to help with fines and court cost.
We know the bond and also risk the$#%&!@*
I hope we can stay updated in this one.

  3. Lets start a gofundme page for his legal fees, cuz there is not a TRUE dog lover on the Planet that wouldnt have same exact thing!!! And yes i understand the dangers but if any of my 5 Rotties were in danger, u bet ur A$$ i wouldve saved them.

  4. He was a hero for what he did. That was his baby and did what he had to do. That would be like leaving your child to burn in the fire. Pets are your family too. I hope that these charges get thrown out. He valued his dog’s life more than his own.

  5. This guy is a hero. It is ridiculous to arrest him and waste of taxpayers money. Would they arrest him if he would have rescued a child? Legal system should focus on real criminals. This man did the right thing. He lost his belongings in the fire. He is a family man and now he has to deal with criminal charges.

Hey prosecutor do the right thing and please drop the charges.

  6. I pity the poor man being arrested for saving his dog from a house fire. But emotionally, I stand on this man’s side. It’s really hard to just stand there and watch your dog trapped in a burning house, especially when you see your dog as companion, buddy, family member, furbaby, and do nothing. I’m just glad that both the man and his dog are safe.
