This Amazing DOCUMENTARY Between a Woman and her Pug Will Touch Your Heart

We've come across an amazing and touching documentary between a woman, Doreen Devore, and her beloved pug, Spanky.

“Considering how much joy our pets can bring us, is love between a pet and an owner any less significant than love between two people?”

That's the question that Doreen raised and this beautiful documentary attempts to (and most successfully does in our opinion) shed some light on that question through the story of the devoted Doreen and her precious pug Spanky.

Spanky has been with Doreen for 16 long years! They are best of friends and love each other very much (which is so apparent from the film). However, Spanky requires a little extra love and attention because of his old age and health problems.

Watch and learn all the ways Doreen keeps Spanky taken care of so that he can stay as healthy as possible. It’s amazing how much devotion can go to a helpless doggy.

  1. Same here, my pug is blind, doesn’t walk by herself.. sigh..I decided to get a backpack take her out everyday. I don’t think she will stay in the cart peacefully. But I still love her.

  2. watching this video I remembered my own experience with our pug. Today I still have his sister, but for sure I won’t let her suffer that much. When they can walk or do other things by themselves is time to say good bye. At the end, it is because we are not able of leting them go. My sister and I babysitted our pug during 6 moths before he died. Honestly, I wouldn’t make my pet go through that again. I understand this girl and everyone who is trying to keep his/her pug alive as much as possible, but their suffering is too much. We need to be strong and help them to go away.

  3. Doreen you are an amazing woman and Spanky was an amazing dog! Thanks for the story, it made me cry my eyes out because I too have an amazing pug and I only hope he lives as long as Spanky! God Bless you

  4. OMG, what a beautiful woman and such an adorable pug! I cried my eyes out at the end for one day I’ll be sitting there, just like her, my pug in my arms, not willing to let her go….Please stay a little while longer Moppie <3

  5. That’s like my Loolee. She will be 10 in June and she is blind. I help her up and down the stairs my husband even put side rails on the deck so she doesn’t fall over the edge. She’s my baby I lost her mom 2 years ago tomorrow. I love my pugs ❤️❤️. RIP Spanky.

  6. RIP Spanky, and I hope that you are frolicking with all the other pugs who meant so much to their parents. Here’s my Sirius Black, who passed on 4/8/16 at 10 yes old. We miss him terribly.
