This Amazing DOCUMENTARY Between a Woman and her Pug Will Touch Your Heart

We've come across an amazing and touching documentary between a woman, Doreen Devore, and her beloved pug, Spanky.

“Considering how much joy our pets can bring us, is love between a pet and an owner any less significant than love between two people?”

That's the question that Doreen raised and this beautiful documentary attempts to (and most successfully does in our opinion) shed some light on that question through the story of the devoted Doreen and her precious pug Spanky.

Spanky has been with Doreen for 16 long years! They are best of friends and love each other very much (which is so apparent from the film). However, Spanky requires a little extra love and attention because of his old age and health problems.

Watch and learn all the ways Doreen keeps Spanky taken care of so that he can stay as healthy as possible. It’s amazing how much devotion can go to a helpless doggy.

  1. I watched this awhile back and cried like a little baby. My Morgan is four, and I continuously strive to give him the best life as possible. When you become a pet owner, it becomes your responsibility to care for your animals at all cost. When they get older they require more attention, but that’s what you have to consider when picking out that cute little puppy in the first place. This documentary is such a great example of unconditional love for your pet/best friend.

  2. Wonderful story about love!!! My sweet little girl pug,Kokomo was with me for 15 wonderful years. I also had to make the heartbreaking decision to let her go. She gave me so much more in those 15 years than I could have ever given her. Thank you so much for sharing Spanky and your love story!!! ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

  3. My roxy is the sweetest Pug in the world. She’ll be 16 this May! Can’t walk anymore. She has a harness and a stroller. Her mind is still sharp and she can see and hear. She’s giving us so much love and many wonderful memories! Can’t imagine a world without her. Her love keeps me going!!! There isn’t anything I wouldn’t do for you roxy girl!❤️❤️

  4. My pug will be 16 in July. Her name is Darla, from the Little Rascals? Is that how you named Spanky? I’m dreading the day I lose her. My husband proposed by hanging the ring from her collar. Darla was the Flower Pug at our wedding. She doesn’t have any health issues, yet, other than food allergies. I keep her under weight, because they say it’s better for Darla as she ages. I get her teeth clean every year, because infection can lead to other health problems. She’s the love of my life, she makes me laugh every day, and she’s the best purchase I’ve ever made! You and Spanky are in my thoughts and prayers. ❤️❤️❤️

  5. Thank for sharing this amazing story. We too have a similar story. Molly is almost 14. She is blind and almost deaf. She has addison’s disease. She can walk but not that well so she has her puggy stroller. I am greatful for her everyday. Unconditional love. She is my everything!
