Surprisingly, the French Bulldog actually comes from England.
The French Bulldog is a clown in a lap dog.
He enjoys playing and entertaining his family, as well as cuddling and snoozing with his favorite person.
He is amiable, sweet, companionable and willing to please.

Yes it will. We got our first one last November when he was 8 weeks old. It is hard the first several month but it gets better. He has so much personality and is fun. We just got a second one (an adult) a few months ago so they can be buddies. They are a blast.

I told the wife that if we ever get another dog, it will not be a puppy. We have a Maltese and multipoo that are older, so I guess we didn’t think adding a puppy would be so hard. Lots of sleepless nights right now.

We keep our 8 month old in a gated area at night and she sleeps well. 2nd day letting her gate area open night and she’s doing good. Now the$#%&!@*eating yup nasty I hate it so I try to clean it up as soon as she goes.

I’m not a big kennel person, and we let our older 2 roam the house, but the guy that we bought our Frenchie from said it is best to kennel them, at least while they’re young. We have been doing it at night, and while we’re at work, and she is doing fine, but I feel bad because she is in jail and the other 2 get to roam the house. She just made 10 weeks, so I’m sure we have 5 or 6 more months until we can trust her enough to let her roam.

As regards eating her own poo its a habit French bulldogs seem to have but you will be able to stop this . Most babies put things in their mouth and puppies are just the same . It takes a bit of time but you will be rewarded with unconditional love from the dog. I have 5 dogs 3 large breed A 10 year old Newfoundland an 8 year old old English sheepdog, a 2 year old Pyrenian mountain dog a 12 year-old Yorkshire terrier and my French

I have two pups now, actually about 10 months old. So they are grown a bit, and understand their names and for the most part are fantastic dogs. But they do chew. I get them bones, toys and whatnot to distract them from tearing up anything that I care about. The good thing, they are small. So if you keep everything above 3 ft, you’re probably going to be safe.

Jim Kehoe Do you lock them up in kennels when you’re away or at work, or are they free to roam the house? That’s the thing that bothers me the most. Our older 2 are allowed to roam the house when we’re away, but we lock up our little frenchie. I’m hoping that I can let her out with the other 2 in the near future. Besides the chewing, she likes to jump and play with the other 2, and they don’t want any part of it, so I’m trying to avoid fighting. At what age do they settle down? Ours will be 11 weeks old this week.
