Police dogs, often referred to in North America as “K-9″s (which is a homophone of canine), are dogs that are specifically trained to assist police and other law-enforcement personnel in their work…
…such as searching for drugs and explosives, searching for lost people, looking for crime scene evidence, and protecting their handlers.
The most commonly used breed is the German Shepherd. But don’t underestimate our Boxer Friends!
This A-M-A-Z-I-N-G (and I repeat, AMAZING!!) German Boxer, has made over 500 arrests in less than 4 years as a police dog!!!!!!! MUCH more than most human police in their whole careers.
Watch the video on the next page and be amazed by this Extreme Police! K9 style!

It’s easy to see good ones online, it’s the people’s houses I’ve gone to or inquired on boxers and I didn’t like the look of the bloodline. I’m very picky. I got a monster though

Carol Owens That face brings me to tears , he was just like mine and the same age . His brains did not work anymore 100% . When he was laying in the sunny garden he stood up for a toilet in the house and went back to his sunny place . We had to let remove most of his teeth ( they were too painfulll and gave him soft food . He was again a baby so sweet sitting on our lap and still always wanting to play . During a walk a strange cat jumpt on his back and scratched him everywere and he got a hartattaque . It took a whole year before we started again but now with a boxergirl with her own lovely manners .

I know this is true. My baby is all wiggles and licks unless you are up to no good pointed at someone he loves. He saved my butt from being jumped even before I knew what that weirdos intention was toward me. Love my Bull!

You can have your dog any way you want but the grace of a cropped ears docked tail is the way I will always have unless I rescue one.

Have 2 boxers – complete brothers just from litters a year apart. 2 year old doesn’t like strangers until you let him know they are ok, the 1 year old only barks at people he knows like he is telling them about his day. Complete opposites but I trust both of them with all my heart when it comes to my family. My 2 year is not so awesome to them and they look at her and roll their eyes lol

Cropped ears and docked tails are barbaric, making your dog look like you think it should instead of how it was born. Seems silly to me to put them through that for no reason, just as identifiable as a boxer with a tail and ears. I’m in the uk so I guess I’m used to seeing tails and ears!
