…such as searching for drugs and explosives, searching for lost people, looking for crime scene evidence, and protecting their handlers.

The most commonly used breed is the German Shepherd. But don’t underestimate our Boxer Friends!

    Maybe not that one , looks far too comfortable, agree it’s hard to think of the breed as killers but from the little my dad told me about military training methods of the day I’m left in no doubt that they were extremely effective and also feared by other army personnel as each dog could only be controlled by it’s handler .
