    DON’T cook the meat or veggies! Well some veggies need to be cooked. Rice, barley and oatmeal (I mostly use oatmeal for best poops) should be cooked as well of course but the rest should be raw. Don’t forget the fruit like berries and melons. Over 5 yrs of trial and error. Raw ground bf is the meat I use most.
