Not sure about the ‘guardian’ part, because I have never had to really use any Dobe I have had as a ‘guard dog’ but they are the BEST at giving love, and the BEST at being snuggle dogs….and if YOU are a couch potatoe, that is what they will be happy doing..because they just want to be WITH YOU❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

  2. So true! The best friend you will ever have and will actually make you question the quality of your human friends, lol. Dobermans are incredibly sweet and will win you over with affection. Where owners make the mistake is when they get won over the will allow the dog to take the leader role. Dobies are working dogs and their instinct of to protect and please their owner/leader. If you maintain your pack leader role their is no limit a doberman will go to please you and keep you safe. God bless Louis Doberman for creating the perfect dog!
