As a responsible dog owner, it's critical to know what you can and can't feed your dog. Is it enough to just stick with a decent doggy diet?
Nope. There's a ton of foods you probably didn't know about that can actually be really bad for your dog, including some that are perfectly healthy for humans.
There's nothing worse than having your dog suffer over a simple mistake in diet. While they're still man's best friend, they probably shouldn't eat like your best friend.

I feed my Boston Terrier a little ice cream. And she is fine. I give her a little bit of fruits: strawberries and bananas. And she is fine. I give her boiled chicken pieces I made as treats sometimes. And she is fine. I mainly feed her her dog food though which she loves. But…she can’t eat dry dog food it hurts her when she poops so I have to soften her food with warm water.

All of these foods are obviously not meant for dogs. Honestly if the dog wouldn’t eat it in the wild why would feeding it to him/her be good for him/her. Especially processed foods. I wasn’t surprised at all by this list.

If you feed your boxer more wet food than kibble they could get boxer mouth diseases. Vets recommend a good kibble to keep their teeth and gums healthy. Royal canin is a good brand. I was told that alternatively get a toothbrush and brush them daily if you stay on the wetter food
