  1. i agree with most of these….but grapes?? come on…i fed my dogs grapes all the time until i saw that it was on the do not feed list and they lived to 15 and 16 and one of them is still hanging in at 14….(the 8 month old has yet to taste a grape because of these lists)

  2. I put a few tablespoons of bacon grease in our GS puppies food at least once a week. She loves in and gobbles it down. She also loves blueberries and avocados. She has the shiniest coat I’ve ever seen!!!!!

  3. Based on the research I’ve done, it isn’t milk chocolate that’s a problem — it’s DARK chocolate that can be lethal for a dog. A few other items involved in this list seemed kind of sketchy.

  4. Bacon? Cheese? My parents had a Chow Chow that lived to be 16 years old, and had Bacon, Cheese, or Hamburger Grease in every meal he ate… that is not a joke, EVERY MEAL HE ATE… He also regularly ate vanilla ice cream, chips, popcorn… My parents currently own 2 St. Bernards who are treated the exact same and are in fantastic health at 7 years old… Some of these are quite clearly false.
