I have a relative that has a rescue and has to really screen people that don’t realize the maintenance that goes with purebred pugs or any purebred. I’ve spent a lot of money of my little guys and sometimes it’s hard because they do get infections and lots of things that require going to the Vet. Maybe it’s just me but I think they’re not for an average white collar worker that just wants to come home to a dog

I have one and my sis had one. Any dog can be high maintenance whether they’re a purebred or not. All dogs need love and proper care.
