A thirsty mama dog and her puppy were looking for water in an isolated industrial expanse, and the pair spotted a large water pit that was covered by thick plastic foil from all sides.
The mama dog guided her puppy down the slope and they quenched their thirst heartily. But soon, they realized that they were unable to climb back up.

As the hours ticked by, the mama dog and her puppy grew desperate for help. They began yelping hysterically to attract the attention of any local crew.
Soon, a group of workers followed the cries of the distressed dogs and found them. However, they had no idea how to rescue the dogs from the dangerous pit.

In this video, we see the valiant action of one of the workers who volunteers to rescue the furry pair. He uses a rope as a harness and scales down the slippery plastic-covered wall to reach out to the mama dog and her puppy.
The protective mama dog panics at first, as she doubts the intentions of the stranger. But soon, she calms down and lets the worker rescue her puppy.

In the final moments of this rescue, we see the worker struggling to save the mama dog. The poor dog’s paws keep slipping but the worker encourages her to use him as a fulcrum and jump upward to her puppy.
