For the past 2 years, a dog named Abby had been living in the deserts of Southern California. The 4-year-old Poodle Terrier mix never had a good experience with humans in her life.
This made her incredibly fearful of humans and she never let anyone touch her or even come close to her.

A woman from a mobile home park community had been feeding Abby all this time. The woman was worried about Abby’s survival after her matted fur blocked her vision and exposed her to danger.
She called the rescue team from “Hope For Paws” and guided them to the elusive dog. As expected, Abby hated the idea of the rescuers chasing her. However, they baited her with bits of cheeseburger and used a net to capture her.
While Abby initially struggled, she started seeing the concern in the rescuers’ eyes once they cut-off the dirty fur covering her eyes! After years of mistrust, Abby finally took a leap of faith and surrendered herself to the rescue team!
