Had to stop watching I was so cross with the owners. Did nothing to help the puppies themselves and when the cat took them their first thought wasn’t to look after them but to call a news reporter! Shouldn’t be allowed to have pets. Poor dog was kept chained up and the chain was hurting the puppies.

Lovely story but shocking that they saw the kittens weren’t doing well and didn’t bother to get them to a vet and then the mother dog is chained up!!! Really?? And they should have all their animals sterilized. #justsaying

Agreed. I hope they had them all spayed and neutered. They should not have been breeding, much less owning, animals. The puppies probably only lived because the cat took over.

Great story, amazing cat. But the owners on the other hand! Chaining their dog up for start, if the dog rejected the puppies they have an obligation to look after the pups or at least get them to care. Clueless to the point of cruelty.
