    We live in Phoenix and ours does fine. We started out in Virginia. It’s kind of what they get accustomed to. She stays indoors, of course, but we go for walks, too. She gets super excited when she sees the harness come out.

    Kerry Heath The problem is the dog itself can not tell when it’s brains are baking. I had relations in Scotsdale who bred them (for shame) and gave them easy access to go outside. Yes, the air is dry. Please keep in mind they are very heat sensitive. You can easily buy a “swamp cooler” vest for your puggy to keep she/he more comfortable.
