Groom Tells Bride They’ve Become ‘Family Of 3,’ Then He Points Behind Her

Weddings are, undoubtedly, events full of happiness, laughter, and their fair share of surprises. You never know exactly what might happen when attending one! Jeff Althoff understands this well enough.

The new husband recently celebrated his wedding with his now-wife, Jenna. And, as in many weddings, he wanted to give his new bride a very special gift.

Of course, what wedding present surprise would be complete without a little mystery?

During their reception, Jeff gave a speech in front of all their guests regarding the surprise gift he had for his bride.

“Would you agree with me that the last few hours have been the best hours of your life as a family of two?” he asked Jenna. The bride, obviously curious, smiled and nodded.

“Well, I’m proud to announce that we have now became a family of three!” Jeff exclaimed.

Guests began to clap, but Jenna’s smile turned to one of confusion. She didn’t understand exactly what was going on. How could she, if neither her nor Jeff had any kids to add to their blooming family?

But then Jeff pointed behind her with his microphone. She turned and came face to face with her gift. A wedding guest came forward, carrying none other than a British Labrador puppy! Jenna had wanted a puppy of her own her entire life.
