Broken Hearted Dog Was Brought to a Shelter and Finds Out He’s Being Given Up

Animals do have a unique perception. They are fully aware whenever things aren’t okay. This dog, named “Toto,” found out that he was being given up when he stepped inside the busy Carson Animal Control office, in California, one Friday. In the video, you’ll see the instant Toto, a three-year-old Chihuahua, was given up along with a bit of his food.

Toto can be seen leaping up on his owner’s leg and trying to break free. The look on Toto’s face reveals it all. The main reason Toto was surrendered was because he was being too noisy. Which is, basically, a cheap excuse. There are many ways to handle this situation. You could always train your dog and training is available everywhere…

The Carson Animal Control office was frantic. They were almost full, and Toto had to find a foster home as soon as possible because a dog that is given up by their owner may be put down for any excuse.

Toto didn’t find a foster home. Thankfully, however, he got adopted instead! This adorable dog won’t have to worry about being given up again.

    They trust in us, believe in us….love us unconditional. .we are thier whole world . …..they are your most loyal,and best friend….and yet ….we still have so many human heartless souls that take all that and just crush it…..so sad…the only salvation some of these poor animals have are the hope of a chance for a good home …and much love….shame on you ..for taking this poor dog and just throwing it away….

    How could you be so heartless?? Look at your sweet dog. He looks so confused and scared! Well, I think he’s better off being with someone who will love him. You don’t deserve him!

    Piece of CRAP owner….this poor puppy never got any attention anyway!! Doesn’t even have one emotion for this kind dog. It’s a cold hearted individual that would do this!

    You horrible man you didn’t deserve this beautiful creatures love. You have brought me to tears and frankly if I could take him from you and give a forever home in England I would. You should be banned from ever owning an animal. You have a heart of stone. Shame on you!!!

    I hope a Loving Family Adopts him No dog or Cat Deserves to be Treated like that Its Really Sad. They should Lock the owner into a Jail cell and forget about him/her Animals Have Feelings too they hurt Just The Same.

    There is ABSOLUTELY NO excuse for this. None!!!
    Because he was TOO noisy, how about you get dumped at a nursing home by your neighbors (or even your family) the next time you are being too noisy.

    Sorry for this childish display but I’m having to leave the group. Thanks for the terrific pictures and such you put up but I can’t take all the abandonment and abuse stories. I know I’m being an ostrich but it’s just too heartbreaking. Thanks again for the page.
