Broken Hearted Dog Was Brought to a Shelter and Finds Out He’s Being Given Up

Animals do have a unique perception. They are fully aware whenever things aren’t okay. This dog, named “Toto,” found out that he was being given up when he stepped inside the busy Carson Animal Control office, in California, one Friday. In the video, you’ll see the instant Toto, a three-year-old Chihuahua, was given up along with a bit of his food.

Toto can be seen leaping up on his owner’s leg and trying to break free. The look on Toto’s face reveals it all. The main reason Toto was surrendered was because he was being too noisy. Which is, basically, a cheap excuse. There are many ways to handle this situation. You could always train your dog and training is available everywhere…

The Carson Animal Control office was frantic. They were almost full, and Toto had to find a foster home as soon as possible because a dog that is given up by their owner may be put down for any excuse.

Toto didn’t find a foster home. Thankfully, however, he got adopted instead! This adorable dog won’t have to worry about being given up again.

    A Dog is like a child ,as it grows up becomes a family member and thinks so .Please don’t be Cruel, they have a mind of their own ! Don’t want to be Abandoned.Its difficult for Them and take a long time to get used to a new Environment!

    It is to where the same as havin children they need to deep screen everyone who wants an animal for they offer so much luv and protection they do not deserve this. In place of takin care of and handing out to the ppl then set up no kill shelters n just have all kill prisons for awhile anyway

    Too noisey what a pitiful excuse if you can’t treat dogs like family don’t get 1 . Really hope toto is not too scared by having such a horrible heartless selfish evil ex owner . Beautiful little boy hope he’s happy now with his new owner and loved and safe

    A canine gives his total loyalty and love to their owners for a lifetime so if you decide to own a pet you must decide to take care of it until it dies or you die I’m in my 60s I have dogs and from 2 years old to 8 years old I will not get another dog because of my age because I do not want to pass away and leave my children with decision you could keep the dog or have it put down or put it up for adoption I just cannot stomach that so people need to take in consideration of their own age when they have pets

    Raising a dog is hard but rewarding, if you can’t or don’t want to look after a dog properly then having a dog is not for you. These people should be put on a list because they are unfit to be pet owners. I wonder if they are the same with kids.
