It's usually the parrots that have the reputation for repeating what their owners say to them…

…but this time it's a cute, little french bulldog puppy wrapped in clothes that tells its owner he loves her!

This may be the cutest darn thing I have ever seen! Tell me that's not the cutest thing ever! So precious!

For some, it may not really sound like “I love you” because you usually hear what you want to hear.

But watch and listen for yourself and hear what the French Bulldog puppy says.
