It’s time for bed, but this stubborn Bull Mastiff puppy refuses to go and puts up quite the fight! You can’t help but laugh at dad’s struggles… 😂

That guy is going to hurt his back really bad if he keeps doing that. The bullie is still a puppy and will gain at least 50 or more pounds…

Grating a dog at night is horrible. What animal wants to be stuck in a box and not being able to move around for 8hrs???

Went through this many times with our bull mastiff when he didn’t want to go where I wanted him to go. Not so much fun when he got up to 135 pounds. Bull mastiffs have the ability to turn their bones in to jello when they want to. I still miss him.

No matter the size of my dogs they have always slept we me. I’ve had dogs from 4 1/2lbs to 155lbs. I’d have it no other way. I sleep better with my dogs in bed with me.

Not sure why everyone does it, but for my family it is a safety issue. We have 4 pups, ranging in weight from 5 pounds when we got the last one to 75 pounds. The only one that we put in a crate is the baby and it is only when we are not home now, since she is 5 months and just over 20 pounds now. She is still young and wants everyone to play. This always leads to one of our older pups growling because he doesn’t want to play. That leads to my 1 1/2 year old getting to protective of the baby and if it isn’t stopped fast enough will lead to a fight. I can’t let this happen when I am not home to keep order in the house. When she is old enough to not start playing to rough with the older dog she will have the run of the house like they do. For now though we crate the baby for her safety as well as the safety of our other pups. We never had a crate till we started to worry about a tiny puppy who just wanted to play all the time.

It will be there comfort place plus house break them ! I ve it work more than once ,it is not cruel ! They feel safe there!

All these anti crate people, brother… If used properly and positively, dogs LOVE their crates, it’s their own place, their “den!” They’re not supposed to be used for punishment, that’s when they become negative, but when used correctly are a great thing!

Senors Ninguno I have a Rottweiler and we had to crate him whenever we left for his safety. When he was younger he was so curious he would chew on anything and swallow it, even though he had plenty of toys and bones to chew and play with. However he was never locked up for more then an hour. Now that he has learned what is appropriate to eat or chew on he is never crated though. I do however think it is wrong for a dog to be stuck in a crate for a whole day while the owner is at work.

Why put the dog in a crate, and such a big dog. To me that is animal cruelty.

That dog is not stubborn. That is so cruel, the owner should be put in that crate. The dog should be removed from those evil people..
