Life for a disabled dog can be hard. They might need more help and they might not give the same amount of affection so they are often neglected.
As a result, many disabled dogs find themselves at animal shelters. For this particular disabled dog, she was about to meet an unlikely savior.
Kolima is a dog suffering from ‘Wobbly syndrome,’ a condition that prevents her from growing at the same rate as puppies in her litter. She’s unable to walk comfortably on her own and she’s in constant pain.
That’s when Kolima met Paolo… A donkey. You’ll be surprised to hear that Paolo has adopted Kolima as his own and the two of them interact like they’re best friends when they’re together.
