For months, someone had purposely starved her to the brink of death. Her organs had begun shutting down. She was dying…
She needed a miracle to survive. But we made a promise not to give up on her. They named her Angel.

This really made me cry at the start, I will never understand what satisfaction cruel heartless people get out of inflicting abuse on an innocent animal, thank god there are kind caring people out there to rescue some of them, at least this one had a happy ending, there are far too many that don’t.

I remember hearing about Angel’s story a couple of years ago. I’m so happy to see that she’s doing well. I really hope her abuser, (who was actually fostered Angel along with many other dogs) is serving some serious time for this unimaginable cruelty.

I hope they found the person or persons who intentionally tried to starve her to death and beat the crap out of them!
