Puppy Found As Starving Stray Now Enjoys “Foodie” Life With His Mom

Popeye was once a starving stray wandering the streets in desperate need of rescue. The poor Yorkie mix was matted and starving when Ivy Diep spotted him in a Los Angeles neighborhood in 2014. She picked him up and brought him home and adopted him.

Popeye now never has to worry about an empty stomach. He’s also always surrounded by food!

That’s because his mom takes him on “Instagram dates” where he accompanies Ivy on her outings to dog-friendly restaurants and bistros where she samples the food.

Ivy soon noticed that Popeye was really good around food. He would sit still for photos, which lead to her creating his popular Instagram account.
