As a good dog owner, you always need to stay alert on dog food recalls that's been publicly announced (at the least).
If you are thinking of giving your pooch a new type or brand of dog food, you gotta at least hop on to google and do your research to make sure the new dog food you have in mind have not been recently recalled.
As a case in point… a very well-known dog food brand (a brand every dog owners know) has announced a voluntary recall of certain packages they offer.
Even the most trusted of brands in the market with a good reputation does have occasional accidents like this that all dog owners need to be aware of before blindly trusting them and feed our pooches with their products.
Not to worry though… the information on the next page will tell you exactly what's going on, which well-known dog food brand is being recalled, and what you should be aware of if you have fed your dogs with the food being recalled.

I’m surprised to see Purina brands having such issues. My dad worked part time at TSC when the big recalls came out. He said Purina brands were never on the list because the food is produced here. (The big lead poisoning was linked to brands that imported from Chinese manufacturers). I’ll have to look closer at the brand. Our dog has had zero problems other than chasing our cats around

I have 2 Spaniels and up til a couple of years ago had fed them Benefuls as well. ..not knowing that it was killing dogs. We switched from that to Kirkland brand and it has made a big difference!

Well, good luck to you. I sincerely hope Purina food doesn’t exacerbate any problems.

Big surprise that it’s a “Big” name brand. That food is crap anyway

Why all the hoops to jump through to find out the brand is Purina? If it is such a problem, you should list the recalled food where people automatically see it!

My dog has a ton of allergies and stomach issues and she eats Natural Balance and has no issues, you might want to try this instead of Purina.

As of right now I have finally gotten his Colitis under control with Purina food so until he has further problems I will not switch his food. I will keep that food in mind if any complications arise in the future though!

If they were so worried they should have just put all of the information on one page.

For those avoiding blatant click bait, it’s Purina. Maybe just go to their website for more info rather than fueling marketing for these click bait pages !

I have had happy and healthy dogs on Science Diet for years. Also found NutroMax Naturals comparable but I just stick to my Science Diet small bites…my babies love it.

My vet told me years ago that it was garbage. Switched to Rachel Ray cat, and dog food. They all love it. I get the grain free stuff. My cat that will usually only eat canned food eats it more than canned food now. My 14 year old bulldog seems to be walking with less stiffness.

I had to put mine on grain free years ago. Had been feeding him taste of the wild, but he seems to do better on the new food. In the spring he use to loose big patches of hair on his sides. He hasn’t done that since I put him on the grain free food.

Not at all surprised. .Beneful is the Captain Crunch of dog food. Purina should be ashamed that they market this corn filled food as “healthy” in the first place.

Nobody should feed their dog that crap food anyway! Might as well give them a can of corn.

Shame on pawbuzz for making this click bait.. I can handle clicking through ads to see a cute/funny video, but if you really care about dogs and their safety you should put the brand in the title.
