As a good dog owner, you always need to stay alert on dog food recalls that's been publicly announced (at the least).

If you are thinking of giving your pooch a new type or brand of dog food, you gotta at least hop on to google and do your research to make sure the new dog food you have in mind have not been recently recalled.

As a case in point… a very well-known dog food brand (a brand every dog owners know) has announced a voluntary recall of certain packages they offer.

Even the most trusted of brands in the market with a good reputation does have occasional accidents like this that all dog owners need to be aware of before blindly trusting them and feed our pooches with their products.

    I know a lot of people are not a fan of Purina dog food but I have found that the Purina Pro Plan Sensitive Skin & Stomach to be the only food my dog can handle with his colitis and I’ve tried some very expensive prescription medication. It also does not contain corn, soy or wheat.
