They bond with each other from a very early age, and eventually become inseparable as they grow older. Patsy, the pug, barks at baby Jack as he lays on his stomach eating a cookie. But, whenever Patsy barks, Jack starts laughing and giggling so much that he does not manage to eat his cookie at all. Noticing this, Patsy devises a plan to get the cookie from Jack.

The pug gets up from where he was sitting and walks towards Jack. He barks now and then to keep Jack from eating the cookie, and pretty soon, Jack completely forgets he even has a cookie to eat! The two play around some more, and the baby is so entranced by Patsy’s behavior that he doesn’t even realize Patsy is looking to eat the cookie herself.

Patsy’s plan worked, and she has claimed the cookie for herself, despite Mom telling her not to.
