    I have 3 pugs anduse a harness on all 3 i have never put any thing around their necks because if they pull on a leash with a collar their eyes can pop out

    Yes … when he goes to the groomer … he loves her. We usually pull into the parking lot with the hazard lights flashing (he puts them on). Neighbouring stores always know when we arrive.
