That’s exactly how this pug dad and his pug deal with the occasional life challenges.

When the adorable 12 year old female pug, Egress, is feeling sad, or in need of a little extra attention, she slides her head over, and gives Daddy a hug! It’s so adorable and the cutest thing ever!

Sometimes, a hug from the right person is all you need to make you feel better…

And sometimes, you don’t have the words to make your furry friend feel better, but you do have the arms to give your pooch a hug, and that’s all it takes for your doggy to feel better again.

    Otis, the 45 pug, who doesn’t think he’s 45 pounds has the biggest, sweetest heart of any pug I’ve ever had. Technically, he’s my son’s pug. But I raised him, house broke him, and that dog never left my side. I took care of him when my son moved out and when he moved to China. And then one day, he came home and said, ” mom, I’m moving out for good and Otis is going with me”.
    It broke my heart. I occasionally see him when he brings him up, and he kinda recognizes me and gives me some lovin but he is totally he’s daddy’s dog now. Breaks my heart. That’s why I need a new pug. I’ll forward you a picture of my ” grandbabies”. My favorite dogs in the world!

    Wow, you’re a stronger person than me. I don’t know if I could have let go. I’m glad Otis is happy though. I think I’ve mentioned it before, this is the longest time I’ve been without a dog since I was 14. I’m really hoping to fix that soon. Hope you find that special Pug as well.
