DORITOS Unveils Superbowl Commercial “Pug Attack”

Pug Attack is one of the all-time favorite Super Bowl commercials (especially for pug/dog lovers!!).

Created in 2011, this was the #1 commercial of Superbowl XLV. Pug Attack was the Grand Prize finalist in Doritos’ “Crash The Superbowl” competition.

It aired to 110 million viewers and on Dallas’ jumbotron to a packed stadium. It was also rated the #1 spot by young adults.

It was rated the #1 commercial by USA Today’s Ad Meter, the most Tweeted after the game, and slam-dunked Ace-Metrix’s list of audience engagement criteria, including most remembered and most effective.

As all pug owners know, this is commercial is pretty very true to life. Pugs will do almost anything for food!!

    I love this commercial…I have had rescue pugs for the past 57 years…they are SO food oriented!!! My pugs would have gone through a door too to get to food!!!!
