This is so sweet I had to watch it twice! Parents of 3-year-old Parker heard him talking in the bedroom and went to look to see what he was up to. What they discovered is so incredibly sweet. Parker was reading a story to their dog. Watch the adorable exchange in the video below.

I used to read bedtime stories to my dog too. I would shut off the light and she would lie on the pillow beside me until she thought I was asleep and then she would very slowly tiptoe to the foot of the bed, hop down, and tiptoe out of my room to join my mom downstairs. I was devastated when she died….
