Nuri the dog was heard screaming helplessly by a kind woman on the streets of South Korea. The woman thought that Nuri was being hit by someone
The woman followed Nuri’s shrieks to rescue him. She was surprised when she found the dog all alone, howling and crying in his sleep.

The woman started feeding and caring for Nuri, but she was concerned about his disturbing lack of sleep. He had traumatizing nightmares every single night.
The poor dog was a mess even while he was awake. He would shiver and struggle to stand because of fear-induced leg spasms. The woman took him to the vet, but the doctors couldn’t help him either.
The vet saw Nuri’s deep scars and discovered that he was abused by a group of evil men who tried to catch him.
Nuri had hid under a car to escape from the abusers, but they stabbed him with a metal rod. This incident crushed Nuri’s soul and he has been unable to sleep normally ever since.

This video shows Nuri’s caretakers desperately using light and aromatherapy to help the boy sleep peacefully, and it brought tears to our eyes.
