A lot of pet parents often wonder what their dogs are up to behind their backs. The family in this story got curious about their dogs’ behavior when they adopted an 8-month-old Golden Retriever puppy.
Unlike their older dog, this puppy was exceptionally frisky. The family wanted to know if the dogs got along with each other.
In this security footage, we see the 2 dogs right after their parents leave. While the older dog is comfortably perched on the couch, the young puppy literally goes “insane” the moment the door closes!
He thinks it’s “party time” and begins leaping from one corner of the room to the other. He even brings out his toy and asks the older dog to join in!
However, it is the reaction of the older dog that has us in splits. The big boy looks “horrified” as he witnesses the frolicking antics of his little brother.
He hilariously ignores the puppy’s attempts to make his party with him, and never actually moves from the couch during the entirety of the video!
When the parents discovered this footage, they were glad that their dogs didn’t suffer from separation anxiety. However, they had to acknowledge the fact that they have adopted a true-blue “party animal”!
These dogs might have different personalities, but they both love their parents unconditionally!
