Man Teaches Pug To Do Nazi Salute When He Says, ‘Sieg Heil’

A call centre worker who made a video where his pet pug did a Nazi salute in response to the words, ‘Sieg Heil’ has been arrested.

The video shows a pug watching Hitler’s speeches, jumping up when it hears the words: “Gas the Jews”, and doing what appears to be a salute.

Markus Meechan, a 28-year-old from North Lanarkshire in Scotland, made the video as a prank to annoy his girlfriend.

“My girlfriend is always ranting and raving about how cute her dog is so I thought I would turn her into the least cute thing you could think of which is a Nazi,” he said in the YouTube video, which has been viewed nearly one million times.

Mr Meechan was arrested last month on suspicion of hate crime and spent a night in jail, according to the Daily Mail.

    It’s a dog and a fairly unfunny joke but not something to get super offended and upset over. I don’t think the dog will be teaching his mates or influencing others to become$#%&!@*followers.
