Loca is an adorable pug from Ireland who suffers from a mild brain disorder which is causing her to not be able run ‘normally' like her buddies.

Nonetheless, she is loved by all, spoiled rotten and closely protected by other dogs and lives her life to the fullest despite her difficulty running.

      Seems Echo would have trouble finding humour anywhere as there is no evidence of Echo even remotely having a sense of humour….or any sense whatsoever. Let others enjoy and stop trolling! Nobody cares if you don’t get it.
