Anna, a little girl with a big heart, is lying next to her best friend, her family’s foster dog named Laila. Laila’s mom is deployed in the Middle East. Anna’s family works with a wonderful organization called PACT For Animals, a group that helps find foster families for people in emergency medical or military situations.
Laila was matched with Anna’s family in New Jersey. Knowing how stressful a new environment can be for anyone, especially dogs who are so sensitive, Anna decides a soothing song will help Laila calm down and go to sleep. It certainly works. The ending is the best part though… just wait and see!
The beautiful vocals of a little girl, lying beside a sleeping dog, is both heartwarming and inspiring. Kindness is so easy to give and it certainly does go a long way. Doesn’t this make you want to hold your doggo and tell him it’s going to be alright no matter what? ME TOO!
