When 21-year-old Karim Ellaisy boarded an elevator in Miami, Florida with a six-month-old puppy, he didn’t realize cameras were watching.
Surveillance video shows the man with a Siberian Husky pup, who urinates on the floor shortly after the elevator doors closed.
What happened next is why Ellaisy is now under arrest. He is seen yanking the dog’s leash and slamming him into an elevator wall and also slapping him repeatedly.

Ellaisy is not the animal’s owner, as that person was located in the apartment building after the abuse occurred. Ellaisy claims he did this to the dog as discipline for urinating on the floor.
The dog is fine, and the police took the abuser into custody. He has since been charged with animal cruelty, as evidenced by the video footage.
