Baby Husky Tries To Howl But He Sounds Just Like Chewbacca

There’s one in every crowd – or, in this case, litter.

His brothers and sisters are perfectly content to go down for an afternoon nap, but not this little copper-colored Husky. He’s got energy to spare, so he decides to put it to good use, letting loose the cutest little warbling howls and sounding for all the world like everyone’s favorite Wookiee, Chewbacca!

In the 1:03 clip below, taken in Izhevsk, Russia, late last year, a lone pup is encircled by a bunch of conked-out littermates, using one of them as a pillow for his adorable little behind.

Is he just taking advantage of this rare moment of quiet to clear out his pipes? Trying to wake everyone up to join the chorus? Just enjoying his own echo? Does it matter?

“Huskies will do this their entire life,” warned one commenter (no doubt the owner of at least one vocal Husky).

“Awwww! So much cuteness! I want to cuddle them all!” wrote another.
