Hundreds Pay Tribute To Tillman The Beloved Surfing English Bulldog

We are still mourning the loss of a true legend… Tillman the surfing and skateboarding English bulldog who passed away on October 27, 2015, of natural causes.

Ron Davis, Tillman's owner and best buddy for the last 10 years, announced of his passing on Facebook saying that they've “…spent 10 years making so many incredible memories skating, surfing and hanging out together. No words can truly describe how much he’ll be missed. Thanks for all the good times, Tilly.”

A paddle-out tribute was held for Tillman, a Southern California dog that skateboarded and surfed his way into fame until his passing last week. Greg Mills from CBS Los Angeles reports about the heartwarming tribute for Tillman.

    Tillman, you were amazing. The whole world shall miss you. I can only imagine how much your owner is suffering ( I lost my momma pug about 6 weeks ago, and my heart is still open and raw because of her passing). We were all amazed because of your many skills. Thank you for sharing your life with all of us.
