OMG! A Howling Pug! He Thinks He’s A Wolf!

Howling is one of the most mesmerizing calls of the wild. And the most famous howler is probably the wolf.

It is said that wolves howls to defend their territory and rally the pack together. Most howls heard in the pack are chorus howls (involving three or more wolves).

Howling is not limited to just wolves. Some canines, monkeys, and yes, even mice communicate and defend their territories by howling.

This adorable Pug, Ube, is no exception. It was Ube the Pug's first night at his new home, and guess he wasn't too thrilled at first. He started howling like a little wolf!

He probably wasn't howling to defend his territory or rally his pack together. In his case, he probably was howling in the hopes that his howl will guide those around him home in time for dinner and a game of fetch!
