Armed robberies are a terrifying ordeal for any store owner. But when one masked robber planned to loot the Mont d’Or tobacco shop in Manosque, France, he hardly imagined that he was putting himself in danger instead!

In this security camera video, we see the owner of the small store going about his day when the masked robber barges in all of a sudden. The owner barely has time to think as the robber points a gun at him and threatens to shoot him.
Just when the robber seems to be in control, we see the owner’s 4-year-old dog, Hobby, swoop in from the other end of the store.
Hobby valiantly attacks the intruder and protects his dad from any harm. However, the robber wouldn’t go down so easily. The owner panics when the attacker tries to shoot his faithful dog.

The owner musters up courage and interrupts the scuffle between Hobby and the robber. He shields his dog and wrestles to chase the robber away.
Thankfully, the robber senses his defeat and flees the scene!
