Girl Saves Senior Pug Left To Die In Garbage Bag

It's just heartbreaking to see these kind of news where the dogs get neglected and abandoned… but when we see ordinary people, let alone a 12-year-old girl, go out of their way to save dogs in need, our faith in humanity somewhat gets restored… Here's the story:

Buffalo Pug and Small Breed Rescue in upstate New York is taking care of a sweet old Pug named Teddy after he was found tied up in a garbage bag and abandoned on the side of the road. Twelve-year-old Malory Steiner saw someone in a dark-colored SUV throw a trash bag out of the car, and was shocked to find the plastic bag still moving.

They notified authorities and Teddy was quickly taken to the vet. The poor little Pug broke his tail when he was tossed, but Teddy is also suffering even worse injuries after being very obviously neglected for a long time.

    I have had pugs for the last 30 years. I couldn’t imagine my life without one or any of the other dogs we have. Hopefully whoever did that doesn’t ever have to care for a elderly person. I just can’t wrap my brain about stuff like this!!

    WTF is wrong with people?!!

    I just can’t wrap my head around someone having the heart to so this to any little living creature. Horrifying.

    So happy someone was there to rescue this darling pug <3

    Me either. His little eyes made me sad. I love my pug as another child. He’s losing his sight, and bumps into things all day. He is the sweetest baby and I could not imagine not having him around us. How someone could do this breaks my heart.

    When I got my very first pet I was filled with a strange and powerful feeling of awe and protectiveness towards this little creature. He was alive, he could feel, and he depended on me. Every creature, big or small, is alive and has a soul and a mind. God put us on this earth to love and protect and respect life, not abuse it for our own selfishness. It’s hard to consider someone who would mistreat a living soul like this truly a human being. They are the “animals” in my mind.

    Ppl make me so sick how evil they can be to animals and children…I can only really pray for evil ppl bcz where they r going is one scary place and they r not ready for what is waiting for them in hell…

    God bless this girl that saved this beautiful little Pug,I own a Pug and I would kill any body that messed with my baby !!!!!!! And you are right Gwen,there is a special place in HELL for these kind of people!!! I hope they ROT !!!!
